Responsibilities (Text Only)
* Drive ACR achievement for the team through strong sales discipline, technical sales expertise, and build credibility as a domain thought-leader to land more Azure deployments for customers.
* Leverage market leadership momentum and Microsoft best-of-platform approach to stay ahead of competition and accelerate customer technical decision-making.
* Maximize SE attainment through coaching and removing obstacles to meet customer’s technical requirements.
* Win opportunities for the team by activating new or accelerating growth in customers with targeted FY26 Azure Solution Plays.
* Utilize programs like Proactive Proposal, ECIF, Offerings, ACO, RFP Desk, DWR/IAR to position Azure's value supported by Solution Assessments and Business Cases.
* Aim for % and $ ACR growth in managed accounts.
* Support SE in delivering Microsoft’s end-to-end Azure technical value proposition as a differentiator and competitive advantage.
* Drive rigor in SE utilization of Azure Accelerate investments to accelerate deals and reduce time to ACR.
* Coach Cloud & AI Platform Solutions Engineers to identify and position Unified Enhanced Solutions and CAF to drive ACR and customer outcomes.
* Partner with the Unified Sales Manager to co-sell and attach to over 30% of the pipeline, supporting platform targets.
* Lead SEs in the POD model to ensure clarity on the model & orchestration with other teams (e.g., ATU, STU, CSU, Partners).
* Support SEs in identifying new workload opportunities and milestones in customer engagements.
* Ensure team updates milestones regularly in sales tools and participate in pipeline management processes.
* Foster deep technical capabilities across Infrastructure, Data Fabric, and AI, guiding team to attain L300 expertise and architectural depth in areas like cloud migration, Azure Databases, analytics, AI Foundry, app architecture, DevOps, AI/ML frameworks, GitHub, and cloud-native development.
* Promote best practices sharing across teams for learning and alignment to company objectives.
* Model integrity and ethical behaviors, advocate for a culture of compliance, and ensure adherence to policies and policies.
* Support controls, review processes, investigations, and risk management activities.
* Participate actively in the Business Lead Compliance Rhythm and Compliance Champ community.
* Drive a culture of risk awareness and a compliance-first mindset, promoting a speak-up culture.
Qualifications (Text Only)
* Required: Experience as a technical architect, consultant, designer, implementer, or in technical sales; OR a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields; OR equivalent experience.
* Relevant People Management experience.
* Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields AND experience in technical roles; OR equivalent experience; AND People Management experience.
