The company is one of Ireland's leading Main Contractors with projects across Munster.
They aim to deliver high-quality projects on time and are looking to expand their Munster team.
The Candidate
5+ years in a similar role
Ability to meet demanding time and quality targets
Trade background highly beneficial
Strong knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards
Excellent people management and coordination skills
The Role
Report directly to the Project Manager
Manage the day-to-day site operations
Ensure work complies with planning, health, safety, environmental standards, and quality expectations
Prepare project plans, programmes, and risk management strategies
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
Ensure adherence to building regulations
Implement daily and weekly programmes and communicate details to subcontractors
