Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Leader to oversee the performance of our B2C door-to-door sales team for a major utilities client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing day-to-day communication and updates.
* Provide regular insights and commentary on sales performance and team activity.
* Support client meetings and reviews, ensuring agreed actions are followed through.
* Develop a strong partnership with the client focused on delivery and trust.
* Monitor and drive performance across the door-to-door sales teams.
* Review daily and weekly results to ensure sales targets and headcount goals are achieved.
* Identify performance gaps and coordinate with the Team Leader and Coach/Trainer on improvement actions.
Required Profile:
* Proven experience in sales operations or team leadership within a B2C or door-to-door sales environment.
* Strong communication skills, including confidence, professionalism, and assertiveness when needed.
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Skilled in performance management and data-driven decision-making.
* Proficient in CRM systems and Excel for reporting and tracking.
