Who should apply?
This role will suit candidates currently working at Senior Associate or Assistant Manager level within fund accounting or fund administration who are looking to take the next step.
3–6 years’ experience in asset management or fund administration
Strong understanding of NAV calculations and fund structures
Experience across UCITS, ICAVs, or alternative fund structures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a client-facing or project-driven environment
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into senior team members, this role will involve working across a range of client engagements within the asset management space.
Fund Accounting Oversight – Support NAV production and review across multiple fund structures
Client Engagements – Work closely with clients on fund accounting and operational projects
Process Improvement – Enhance NAV processes, controls, and reporting timelines
Reconciliations – Perform detailed reconciliations across brokers, custodians, and internal systems
Project Work – Contribute to system migrations, onboarding of new funds, and operational changes
Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third-party service providers
Team Support – Assist in mentoring and supporting junior team members
