Who should apply?
This role will suit qualified audit professionals seeking a move into a managerial role:
3+ years’ audit experience, ideally with FS clients
Currently working in a Top 10 or Big 4 firm, or trained in practice with FS exposure
Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
Role and Reporting Lines
This role sits within the Financial Services Audit division and reports to Senior Management. Key responsibilities include:
Client Management – Acting as main point of contact for FS audit clients
Team Leadership – Managing audit teams and supporting the development of junior staff
Audit Delivery – Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments in line with deadlines
Technical Review – Reviewing financial statements for compliance with relevant frameworks
Risk Management – Ensuring audits meet internal risk and quality standards
Client Development – Supporting Managers and Partners with business development efforts
Process Improvement – Recommending ways to enhance efficiency within audits
Stakeholder Interaction – Collaborating with clients’ senior finance teams and key internal stakeholders
