A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA)

Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the CFO, responsibilities will include:
Leading the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision‑making
Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals
Supporting M&A activities and integration processes
Managing a team of FP&A analysts, providing mentorship and development
Enhancing FP&A processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
