Ballinasloe Care Centre are now looking for caring, empathetic and reliable Senior Healthcare Assistants to join their multi-disciplinary team. Candidates must have experience as a Healthcare Assistant and relevant qualification in QQI completed or in progress (or equivalent). The Senior Care Assistant RoleThe Senior Care Assistant works as a member of the team delivering day to day care to the residents. The Senior Care Assistant works within the Care Team to direct and oversee the day to day quality of non-clinical care. As a team member, the Senior Care Assistant contributes to the fulfilment of the Mowlam Healthcare Philosophy of Care, ensuring the residents privacy, dignity, respect and choice and supports the Named Nurse concept in the delivery of nursing care.
