Job Summary
As a professional in retail leadership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. Your key responsibilities will include leading by example, managing conflict, and motivating the team to achieve sales plans and personal sales goals.
You will also be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service through extensive product knowledge and ownership. Additionally, you will partner with senior management to ensure effective store communications and contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented.
Key qualifications for this role include 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment, strong personal selling and customer relations skills, and previous sales leadership and motivation experience. You must also be able to lift at least 30 pounds and work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
