We're excited about what's next, and we're looking for others to join us on our journey.Tines is seeking a high-performing FP&A Analyst to support core financial planning activities while playing a key role in the implementation and ongoing operation of a modern, industry- leading planning platform.This role is ideal for an analytically strong, systems oriented finance professional early in their FP&A career who is eager to develop deep planning, forecasting and business partnering skills in a high growth SaaS environment. The Analyst will support annual planning, long-range planning, forecasting, month-end analysis and cross-funtional financial support across the business.ResponsibilitiesSupport annual planning, long-range planning and the rolling forecastMaintain and enhance the three statement financial model including revenue, headcount, operational expensesPartner with business leaders to understand the key assumptions that will drive these modelsPlanning Tool Implementation & OwnershipTake a leading role in the implementation of a new best in class planning and forecasting platformIn-depth understanding of the three statement financial modelSupport design and modeling of the system along with integrations and testingTake a proactive approach to continuous improvement post-implementationOwn data integrity, updates, scenario modeling and ad hoc reporting as the business requiresPartner with Accounting, Data and the external vendor to ensure adoption and best-in-class usageReporting, Close & Variance AnalysisSupport month and quarter-end close processesPrepare and analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast variances utilising automation an the planning software as much as possibleHelp identify and track key drivers and trends calling our risks when communicating to company leadershipSupport KPI development, dashboards to assist with investor reporting, board materials ensuing the accuracy and consistency of financial outputsProcess Improvement and Ad-Hoc AnalysisIdentify opportunities to improve financial processesSupport ad-hoc financial questions across the business from top line, bottom line to expense managementBusiness Partnering & Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with GTM, R&D and G&A on budget tracking and cost managementProvide clear actionable insights to non-finance stakeholdersPartner with HR and Recruiting on headcount planning and workforce forecastingWhat you bring with you:RequiredBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline1+ year post-qualification experience (ACA / ACCA), or 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Data, Operations, or a related analytical roleExperience working in a SaaS or high-growth, fast-paced environmentHands on experience building and maintaining three-statement financial modelsHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skillsProactive, results oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitudeStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively cross-functionallyPreferredHands on experience with a modern FP&A / Planning toolExperience working with reporting dashboard, BI tools, or SQLPrior experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processesExposure to headcount and workforce planningAdvanced Google Sheets and/or Excel skillsExperience operating in a fast pace environment, balancing multiple priorities and delivering under tight deadlines#LI-SW1
