The Member Service Officer (MSO) is a key front-line role responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient, and professional service to members. This includes handling financial transactions, supporting lending operations, advising on credit union products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including those set by the Central Bank of Ireland.
We are Seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Team, position is full time contract over 5 days, Candidates must be flexible in their working hours and available to work Saturday's
* Experience of working in a busy cash handling environment is
essential
* A professional qualification/Designation such as QFA or APA Loans
would be an advantage but not essential. However, appointees without
a qualification outlined above, must be willing to undertake study to
achieve the relevant qualification. (Central Bank Minimum Competency
Requirements).
