* Lead, support, and motivate café and catering staff
* Manage staffing, rotas, hiring, and training
* Drive sales, maintain high standards, and coordinate catering bookings
* Monitor stock levels, supplier relations, and cost controls
* Uphold food hygiene, health & safety, and quality standards
* Respond to customer feedback and handle operational issues professionally
* Understand and manage key business margins (KPI)
