Job Description:
* Perform the PCF-12 Head of Compliance role for a Fund Administration Firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and execute on Annual Compliance Plan, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
* Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks related to new product development and implementation.
* Pursue proactive engagement with regulatory bodies, fostering strong relationships to ensure effective communication and resolution of queries.
* Present reports to internal committees and Boards, providing meaningful insights into compliance matters.
