We are working with a top-tier Irish firm who are seeking a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join their Tech Innovation team within their Dublin office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a dynamic, highly reputable team, playing a paramount role in the implementation of technology within the firm's processes. The candidate's responsibilities will enshrine the adoption of legal technology and process innovation, through duties such as the mapping and analysis of transaction lifecycles and process flows, encouraging the responsible use of GenAI tools (Copilot, Harvey, Legora, etc.) and supporting colleagues in their use, and assisting in the development of education and change programmes.
The candidate will play a paramount role in supporting fee-earners in providing up-to-date and comprehensive advice to clients in all aspects of legal tech implementation. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria:
* 5+ PQE;
* Strong background in construction, legal research, knowledge management, and precedent development;
* Demonstrable commercial awareness;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
