Job Description

A dynamic hotel is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its bustling kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

* Cooking food to order, preparing ingredients, and ensuring impeccable presentation and quality standards.
* Supporting the head chef on duty, guaranteeing seamless kitchen operations and collaborating with the culinary team.
* Maintaining strict kitchen health and hygiene standards, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
