Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Integration Lead
o Lead and manage technical streams on HR technology transformation projects powered by Workday for our clients.
* Collaboration and Innovation
o Collaborate with clients, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative HR technology solutions that drive efficiency, enhance employee experience, and align with business objectives.
* Integration Design
o Designing, developing, and architecting integrations using tools like Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Core Connectors.
* Requirements Gathering
o Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for integration solutions.
* Team Leadership and Mentorship
o Managing and mentoring a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and support on technical and project-related matters.
* Project Management
o Overseeing the integration lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Extensive experience (5+ years) in HR technology transformation, especially Workday, including hands-on experience with designing and implementing HRIS related integrations.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements, and the ability to translate them into effective HR technology solutions.
* Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing core HR systems and other HR technology platforms.
* Familiarity with HR technology trends and emerging solutions.
