We are looking for an experienced new staff member to join our team in Century Play.

* Have 2 years relevant experience in a similar / relevant role
* Have excellent communication skills
* Thrive in a busy, fast paced working environment
* Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
* Have exceptional customer service skills
* Willing to work a mix of morning and evening shifts during the week.
Job Responsibilities include:
* Greet all customers on arrival to the Complex
* Identify and resolve any special requirements, wants or needs of customers
* Answering phone calls and dealing with customer queries
* Maintain the cleanliness of the Play centre
* Work closely with the rest of our team
