The Senior Project Manager will provide overall leadership, governance, and coordination of multiple stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and close-out of a €100M+ capital project from design through commissioning and handover.Act as the client representative, managing EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, and vendors.Ensure engineering designs (process, mechanical, electrical, automation, civil) meet operational, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Develop and manage project schedule, budget, risk, and change control processes to align with business objectives.Oversee commissioning, start-up, and handover to operations while maintaining safety, quality, and minimal disruption to plant operations.Requirements:Degree-qualified in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects (>€50M, preferably >€100M) on the client side.15+ years' experience in process, chemical, or industrial manufacturing projects.Experience managing EPC/EPCM contractors and delivering projects in live operational facilities.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.DisclaimerBy applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
