Due to the extended need for our business, we are expanding our teams and looking for some extra power on the position of
Junior Salesforce Frontend Developer
to develop high-quality software using agile techniques. Ultimately, you'll design, implement, and maintain Salesforce UI components and integrations. If you have a passion for building intuitive, high-performing user interfaces and are interested in agile methodologies, we'd like to meet you.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality software using agile techniques.
* Drive technology and software development best practices into the team.
* Work with the broader self-solve portal release train, release train engineer, product manager, architects, and the product owner to understand, estimate, and refine the product backlog.
* Participate in regular demonstrations of new work to the product owners and business stakeholders.
For this role, we are looking for:
Must-have:
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* 2+ years of experience building user interfaces with JavaScript and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
* Familiarity with JavaScript and web development fundamentals.
* Interest in Salesforce development and willingness to learn Lightning Web Components (LWC).
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
Nice-to-have:
* Understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, and Communities.
* Familiarity with front-end integration patterns and asynchronous data flows within Salesforce.
* Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, Selenium) and version control/CI tools (GitHub, Jenkins).
* Ability to write clean, maintainable code and apply best practices in UI performance and reusability.
* Ability to drive best practices and support junior team members.
