Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Social Care Professional to work with children and young people in a therapeutic environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage with young people, build rapport, and develop relationships to support their positive attachments.
As part of a team of Social Care professionals, you will be responsible for delivering robust, holistic, trauma-informed care to the young people. Your duties will include working with children and young people, household activities, administration, teamwork, professional development, and health and safety.
* Full manual Irish Driving license
* Minimum 6 months experience in Social Care (placement experience accepted)
* Registered in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by CORU or hold a CORU approved Social Care Worker qualification and have applied for registration
* Requisite knowledge and ability for proper discharge of duties
For leader positions, a minimum 2 years' experience working with young people in a residential setting is required.
