Overview
Head Digital Transformation for Finance is a transformative leadership role within Logitech’s Operations Solutions organization, part of the wider Digital Office, supporting multiple teams and functions within the Finance Organization. This position is integral to enhancing Logitech’s financial operations globally by driving digitization, optimizing business processes, and enabling operational excellence. The role serves as the dedicated technology enabler and strategic partner for Logitech’s Finance organization, managing cutting-edge solutions, harmonizing financial workflows, and ensuring scalable technology investments aligned with business goals.
Your Contribution

Strategic Finance Enablement: lead technology-first solutions for the Finance organization that streamline workflows, reduce complexity, and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with Finance leaders to deliver innovative tools that meet business requirements while optimizing existing technology investments.
Manage and execute an actionable technology roadmap in partnership with IT product owners and Finance decision-makers.
Ensure alignment between business goals, financial systems, and digital solutions to create scalable and harmonized processes.
Technology Leadership: oversee the company’s Finance technology stack (e.g., Oracle ERP, Onestream Financial Planning, Anaplan, Channel Revenue Management).
Set the strategic vision for the selection, integration, and governance of new technologies, ensuring security, privacy, and compliance with financial regulations.
Provide industry thought leadership to the Finance leadership team, proposing meaningful solutions for innovation and efficiency in financial operations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: build deep, strategic relationships with Logitech’s Finance leadership and act as a trusted partner to identify and define opportunities for value creation.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, operations, and external vendor teams to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions.
Champion change management to inspire adoption and ensure transformation success across diverse teams.
Performance Management & Business Impact: define goals, benefit KPIs, and ROI metrics for new technology capabilities; track and analyze the impact of digital transformation initiatives.
Review prototypes and solution blueprints to ensure alignment with Finance business needs and objectives.
Operational Excellence: monitor and manage the budget for Finance technology investments, collaborate on post-implementation strategies for financial systems, and leverage vendor relationships to maximize value.
Your Qualifications
Required Skills and Experiences
Strategic Leadership: ability to influence senior executives across multiple lines of business to drive alignment and value creation.
Technology Roadmap Development: experience mapping business needs to technology architecture and defining transformational roadmaps.
Change Management Expertise: track record of inspiring and implementing digital-first solutions that support Finance leadership goals.
Communication and Stakeholder Influence: clear, persuasive communication to build bridges across functions.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: strong analytical skills to resolve complex cross-functional challenges.
Project and Portfolio Management: experience managing technology initiatives using platforms like Asana or Monday, ensuring accountability and progress.
Performance Outcome Focus: understanding of performance measurement and SMART KPIs to track digital transformation success.
Preferred Skills
Business Process Optimization: experience reengineering workflows to enable scalable operations.
Design Thinking Mindset: innovative problem-solving approach to enable new opportunities through collaboration.
Proficiency in cloud computing, real-time analytics, and digital transformation tools.
Educational and Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
PM/Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred (e.g., PMP, Lean/Six Sigma).
Fluency in English is required.
