The role of a Trainee Fund Administrator involves assisting with the day-to-day administration of fund structures. Under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager, you will perform various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration of Funds: Assist with all aspects of fund administration, including management company and associated fund structures.
* Company Secretarial Matters: Prepare agendas, collate and distribute board packs, obtain directors' availability, and draft minutes for routine meetings.
* Routine Office Tasks: Undertake office and clerical tasks as needed.
* Payment Instructions: Prepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses.
* Investor Records: Maintain accurate investor records on eFront and process investor changes.
* Fund Operations: Assist in processing routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree Requirements: Relevant degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration (Bachelor or Master degree).
* Experience: Fresh graduate to 2 years' experience.
* Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge, which will be provided through in-house training.
* Computer Literacy: Computer literacy skills are essential.
* Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
