* Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel services, room availability, and pricing to provide accurate information to guests.

* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that rooms are prepared to the highest standards.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality or reservations, and be proficient in hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
