Administrative Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled administrative assistant to join our team at Fexco, a leading provider of financial services.
About the Role
This part-time position involves providing administrative support to our insurance loss assessors in our Head Office. The successful candidate will work on-site from Wednesday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Support Assessors in reporting claims, updating the claims process, and finalizing office paperwork.
* Maintain accurate records in the Salesforce database and physical files.
* Prepare Excel documents as required.
* Manage case-specific projects and update case loads accordingly.
* Communicate with clients and claimants via email and phone calls, ensuring care and accuracy.
* Record expenses and manage invoices/receipts efficiently.
* Field phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
* Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and Loss Adjusters through email and phone calls.
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Coordinate meetings and inspections between Assessors and Clients.
* Handle banking and post-related tasks.
* Prepare reports and provide updates to Management.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* A high level of quality and customer service.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Desirable Qualifications
* Previous experience in insurance or property claims is desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
