About the Role
We're looking for a content-obsessed, social-media-native growth marketer who can take a founder's story and multiple brands under one portfolio and turn them into a powerful digital presence across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond.
You'll build out Dean Gammell's personal brand while simultaneously growing the social media reach of DG Ventures Limited ) and its portfolio, including:
* – Ireland's leading stag party organizer.
* – Self-drive tours, walking holidays, and luxury experiences in Ireland.
* – Scotland tours & travel experiences.
* – Iceland adventures and packages.
* ProfitableTradesmen- Our coaching business for tradesmen..
* – Hospitality & events brand.
* Future brands and acquisitions within DG Ventures.
The mission: Build a high-volume, high-quality content engine that scales the founder's authority and each brand's reach, driving followers, leads, and engagement across all platforms.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes social content, storytelling, and data-driven growth — the kind of person who studies Alex Hormozi, Dan Martell, MrBeast, and loves figuring out what makes content go viral.
This role may require you to travel to Dubai, South Africa, Asia, Ireland, Iceland, Scotland to produce social media content.
What You'll Do
1. Content Strategy & Planning
2. Build a unified content strategy for the founder and all brands, tailored to each platform.
3. Design content "flywheels" that turn one idea or story into short-form videos, long-form YouTube, podcasts, LinkedIn posts, and Twitter threads.
4. Create brand story arcs for each DG Ventures business plus the founder journey.
5. Plan content calendars to ensure daily posting across multiple platforms.
6. Content Production & Publishing
7. Work directly with Dean Gammell to film raw content: stories, Q&A, behind-the-scenes, insights, lessons learned.
8. Edit or manage editors to create scroll-stopping short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn.
9. Repurpose long-form interviews, podcasts, or event footage into dozens of smaller clips.
10. Ensure platform-specific packaging for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
11. Growth & Analytics
12. Track engagement, follower growth, and leads from all platforms.
13. A/B test hooks, headlines, posting times, and creative formats for max reach.
14. Build a weekly Content Performance Dashboard to identify winning topics and formats.
15. Double down on top-performing content with variations and follow-ups.
16. Brand Authority & Proof Content
17. Showcase real results from DG Ventures companies: sales milestones, customer success, events, and travel experiences.
18. Share the founder's entrepreneurial journey — lessons, wins, mistakes, acquisitions, and behind-the-scenes decision-making.
19. Humanize the brands with team stories, customer experiences, and company culture moments.5. Community & Partnerships
20. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build brand communities.
21. Collaborate with podcasts, influencers, and partners for cross-promotion and PR.
22. Create viral moments via giveaways, challenges, and collaborations with complementary brands.
What Success Looks Like in 12 Months
* Founder Brand: Dean Gammell grows to 100k+ followers across platforms with strong engagement.
* Company Brands: DG Ventures portfolio brands each have consistent, growing social presence with regular lead flow.
* Content Engine: Daily posting across platforms, with repurposing systems producing 20–40 pieces/week.
* Authority: Invitations for speaking gigs, podcasts, and media features for the founder and brands.
* Lead Generation: Measurable ROI from organic social in terms of inquiries, bookings, or sales.

* Storytelling mindset. You know how to turn founder stories, business lessons, and customer wins into engaging narratives.
* Platform-native. You understand TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter culture deeply.
* Data + creativity balance. You chase views, but you track leads, conversions, and audience quality too.
* Builder mentality. You want to create a system from scratch that can scale to Alex hormozi/ Dan Martell levels. (If you follow other social media influencers that can scale social following)
Skills & Experience
* Proven success growing social media audiences (personal brands + companies).
* Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) or ability to manage editing teams.
* Knowledge of content frameworks: Problem → Story → Lesson, hooks, Proof–Promise–Plan.
* Familiarity with analytics tools, content scheduling, and AI repurposing tools.- Bonus: Podcast production, paid ads knowledge, or design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
Tools You'll Use
* Editing: CapCut, Descript, Adobe Suite (if advanced).
* Scheduling: Hootsuite, Later, Metricool, or similar.
* Analytics: Native platform dashboards, Google Analytics, Data Studio.
* Project Management: Notion, ClickUp, or Trello for calendars & workflows.
