Mobilisation Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobilisation Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale housing developments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional input from internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all building readiness activities.
* Develop and coordinate detailed mobilisation plans covering pre and post-construction handover, tenant move-in, and operational stabilisation.
* Cordinate with development and construction teams to ensure operational considerations are embedded in design and delivery.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mobilising or delivering large-scale housing projects. A strong understanding of building operations, amenity spaces, resident service design, marketing processes in social affordable contexts is essential. Excellent project management skills including problem-solving leadership abilities is also required.
In addition to your technical skills you should have the ability work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team ensuring seamless communication with colleagues clients suppliers employees at every stage throughout this challenging yet rewarding process.
