Job Title:
Senior Quantity Surveyor
About the Role:
A senior quantity surveyor is required to manage all costs for a mechanical engineering client, delivering an optimal commercial outcome.
Responsibilities:
* Manage project cost centres and review tenders, rates, preliminaries, terms and conditions prior to contract commencement.
* Raise sales invoices against completed works and undertake interim commercial meetings with clients and subcontractors.
* Administer customer and sub-contractor purchase orders and invoices.
* Manage subcontractor accounts, interim valuations and final accounts.
Requirements:
* Degree qualification in quantity surveying, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
* Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel.
* Minimum 5-10 years relevant work experience as a quantity surveyor.
