The organisation works closely with clients, design teams, contractors and building stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.About Your New JobThisClient-Side Project Managerrole presents an excellent opportunity to lead the delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion. Reporting to a senior project lead, you will act as the client's representative, managing the full project lifecycle while coordinating consultants, contractors and building stakeholders.The role suits a commercially aware project manager with strong technical knowledge of fit-out and building services, who enjoys working in a fast-paced consultancy environment and delivering projects in live, operational buildings.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial fit-out, refurbishment and facilities-led capital projects from feasibility through to handoverAct as the client's representative, safeguarding programme, cost, quality and risk objectivesCoordinate and manage design teams, consultants and specialist advisorsLead pre-construction activities including design development, budgeting, procurement and programme planningManage main contractors and specialist subcontractors throughout the construction phaseMonitor site progress, programme milestones and quality standardsOversee compliance with building regulations, fire safety requirements and statutory approvalsCoordinate works within occupied buildings, liaising closely with facilities management teams and building usersManage cost control, variations and value engineering initiativesChair project meetings and provide regular progress and financial reports to clientsSupport commissioning, testing, snagging and project close-out processesWhat You Will NeedMinimum of 5 years' experience in a client-side Project Manager or consultancy-based roleA recognised third-level qualification in construction, engineering, project management or a related disciplineProven experience delivering commercial fit-out, refurbishment or facilities-led projectsStrong technical understanding of building services and interior constructionExcellent stakeholder, client and consultant management skillsExperience managing projects in live or occupied environmentsStrong commercial awareness including cost control and procurementFamiliarity with Irish building regulations and health & safety requirementsWhat's on OfferDiverse and interesting pipeline of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projectsClient-side consultancy role with exposure to blue-chip clientsHybrid working modelCompetitive salary and benefits packagePension scheme and additional benefitsStrong learning, professional development and progression opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative consultancy environmentWhat's NextIf you are an experiencedProject Managerwith a background infit-out, refurbishment or facilities-led projectsand are looking to join a respected client-side consultancy, we would love to hear from you.Please send your CV and a cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
