Walsh Waste & Recycling are seeking a highly organised and efficient coordinator with strong scheduling skills, real‑time job monitoring experience, and the ability to keep operations running seamlessly. The ideal candidate communicates clearly with drivers, clients, and management, maintains accurate records and reports, and manages multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail. The Jet Vac Dispatcher will report to the Business Service Lead and Business Service Manager.
About The Role
Responsibilities:
* Oversee Jet Vac dispatch operations under the supervision and guidance of the Liquid Operations Manager.
* Schedule, and assign Jet Vac jobs to operators based on availability, location, and urgency.
* Provide clear and concise instructions to drivers and keep clients informed on job status.
* Monitor job progress in real time using the tracking system.
* Maintain accurate records of all scheduled and completed jobs in both working systems.
* Communicate daily with the Liquid Operations Manager and Liquid Sales Manager regarding schedules, job progress, issues, and any changes.
* Ensure smooth coordination between teams to deliver efficient and timely service.
* Schedule and generate regular reports, including weekly totals.
* Maintain accurate records by managing dockets and ensuring all paperwork is completed daily/weekly
* Handle queries and orders from other staff members regarding departmental processes.
