The Coordinator, International Partnerships and Enrollment Readiness plays a key role in preparing IFSA to serve new student populations and strengthen institutional collaborations. This position ensures that systems, processes, and teams are ready to deliver an exceptional student experience from application through arrival.
The Coordinator provides project management and tracking support for partnership initiatives, oversees application and visa logistics, and works across teams to ensure smooth, coordinated operations.

In this position, your responsibilities would include:
Enrollment Readiness
* Develop and document processes to ensure smooth enrollment and visa preparation for students applying to IFSA programs.
* Coordinate across departments to align application, academic, and support procedures for new student audiences.
* Maintain readiness plans and tracking tools to monitor progress and promote cross-team collaboration.
Partnership and Project Coordination
* Provide project management and communication support for institutional collaborations, ensuring milestones and deliverables stay on track.
* Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Support meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up to keep projects organized and moving forward.
Operational Support
* Serve as a point of connection between teams to facilitate information sharing and operational readiness.
* Assist with logistics for institutional visits and program preparation activities.
* Manage documentation, templates, and records to support efficient operations.
Requirements, Work Experience and Education
* Bachelor's degree .
* 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in international higher education.
* Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple workstreams.
* Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
* Cross-cultural fluency and experience working across time zones and institutional contexts.
* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with a solutions-focused mindset, adapting within a dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with international student mobility, admissions, or academic records preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, shared drives, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
* Enthusiasm for IFSA's mission, vision and commitments.
* Fluency in English (written and verbal) in a professional context is required. Fluency in Spanish a plus.
* Legal work authorization for country of residence.

* Ability to attend occasional meetings outside of local business hours, due to the global nature of our operations
