OverviewOur client, a leading organisation in the professional services sector, is seeking an experienced M3 ERP Application Support Analyst to join their team in Dublin. This is a permanent position suited to individuals with solid exposure to M3 ERP systems support.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support for the M3 ERP platform, assisting internal users and resolving technical issues.Monitor system performance, ensuring application stability and availability.Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical problems, escalating as needed.Work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders to support system improvements and upgrades.Assist in system configuration and testing for changes and enhancements.Maintain and document support procedures and technical documentation.Provide support for integration points with other business systems.Participate in the implementation of new modules or features as required.Experience RequiredMinimum 2–3 years’ experience supporting M3 ERP applications in a similar role.Demonstrated experience in issue diagnosis, root cause analysis, and end-user support.Solid understanding of ERP business processes, especially within a professional or industrial setting.Familiarity with Infor M3 CloudSuite is highly advantageous.Experience working in a structured IT environment, ideally using ITIL frameworks.Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain sectors.Understanding of database queries and ERP system reporting tools.Educational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Monday to Friday schedule with flexible working options.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Pension scheme, life assurance, and performance-based bonuses.Hybrid work model with on-site presence in Dublin as required.How to applyIf you are interested in this role, please apply with your updated CV
