Strategic Growth Officer
The role plays a pivotal part in driving growth through stakeholder engagement, identifying new opportunities, and promoting our person-centred approach.
* Develop and maintain relationships with Disability stakeholders.
* Identify new service development opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on project scoping and funding applications.
* Represent the organization at community events.
Liaise closely with operational teams and work alongside marketing colleagues to promote new services.
Conduct market research and service mapping to identify unmet needs within the community.
Prepare regular reports detailing progress, insights, and recommendations.
