Offer description

Horizons is seeking two Compliance and Audit Officers to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidates will lead the internal audit processes, ensuring the quality and safety of services for the people we support and staff.


Responsibilities

* Lead internal HIQA Regulation 23 audit processes
* Analyse and present data to management and stakeholders
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Engage with Persons in Charge and Managers


Requirements

* 5+ years post-registration experience
* 3+ years experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care
* Academic award in Quality, Safety, Risk Management or Clinical Governance
* Auditing experience against regulations and standards

* Attention to detail

* Ability to work on own initiative
