Purpose
To support the Ireland Commercial Management Team to deliver outstanding service to Ornua Customers. You will be working closely with the Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain Operations Teams to ensure customer needs are met and accounts monitored. You will be the primary contact, internal and external, for customer order information and account queries. This role reports directly to the Senior National Account Manager for Ireland and requires someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to see work through to completion. Price File Management, Promotional Administration and Sales Forecasting are key parts of the role.
Responsibilities
* Key customer contact and liaison for Irish supply chain activities.
* Coordination of Supply Chain Operations, Customers and BMs to achieve business KPIs.
* Custodian and proactive management of the order management process from receipt through to invoicing.
* Timely and effective engagement with all key stakeholders – BMs, Customers, Supply Chain Operations and Finance on all Supply Chain initiatives.
* Timely and effective communication with all key stakeholders on order progress and completion.
* Price File Management
* Promotional Administration
* Sales Forecasting
Competencies
* Experience in a Customer Engagement role within the Irish FMCG environment
* Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office
* An understanding of EDI ordering systems
* Demand planning and Supply chain experience
* Operational knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI and/or Infor M3 ERP Systems
* Experience in Price File Management
* Experience in Promotional AdministrationExperience in Sales Forecasting
