Salary: €65,000 - €85,000 Pro Source are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Irish and UK based consultancy, for a Senior Structural Engineer in their Dublin office.
Role Lead the design and delivery of medium to large-scale built infrastructure projects Oversee structural analysis and modelling, ensuring high-quality technical output Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple assignments Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians, fostering team development Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes Carry out occasional site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues Requirements Honours Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering 6+ years post-graduate experience in structural design Proven track record on medium to large-scale building & infrastructure projects Strong proficiency with structural modelling/analysis software Skilled in Auto CAD / Revit / BIM / MS Office Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff Excellent organisational and project management skills What's on Offer?
