** This is a **full time, permanent** contract.
**Key Responsibilities*** Analysing daily, weekly, monthly sales figures to ensure store profitability.
* Ensuring that high standards are maintained for our customers and teams* Management of stock and cash in line with company procedures* Supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the store* Understanding and meeting the commercial needs of the business* Maintaining a high level of customer service* Developing strong relationships with our customers* Efficient management of store operations, including cost management & rostering efficiency* Effective performance management of colleagues including appraisals, disciplining, coaching, motivation & mentoring* Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation**What are we looking for*** Leading team behaviour to ensure customers and colleagues realise that they are at the core of our business* Building strong working relationships within the instore team and across the business* Fostering a learning environment, consistently developing employee knowledge and skills through formal and informal training and mentoring* Providing direction and motivation to deal with challenges and celebrating success**What we would like from you*** 2 years Store Manager/ People Manager experience – within a Pharmacy setting would be preferable but not essential* The ability to lead and motivate a team* Previous Dispensary experience preferred* Excellent communication and 'people' skills* The ability to work in a busy environment and handle challenging situations* Positivity, drive and enthusiasm with the ability that takes responsibility and makes decisions* Strong commercial acumen* Confidence, drive and enthusiasm.
* Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
* The ability to understand and analyse sales figures.
