Key Responsibilities Key client management Dealing with day-to-day management of reactive maintenance issues which arise in our customers sites. Writing reports ensuring timeliness, accuracy and completeness Ongoing liaison with other Phasor teams to support the delivery of client services. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Very organised person with the ability to earn client trust 5 years experience in administration in the service industry or property management is essential, with proven experience of organising a team of field technicians. A practical, proactive approach is required, along with excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to use personal initiative Be IT competent and ideally have experience with the job management software system JobLogic or other similar job management software package. Be articulate, professional and persuasive with strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills Takes pride in all output with particular focus on accuracy and attention to detail Good communication and negotiation skills A team player Good interpersonal and influencing skills Honesty, integrity and openness, high ethical standards Fluent in spoken and written English..
