People & Sustainability - Business Undergraduates Programme 2026

Key Responsibilities:

* Contribute to diverse functions with one team that can range from: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Health & Wellbeing.

* Support programme development and delivery, including health promotion and occupational health.

* Perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

* Collaborate with skilled teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Currently pursuing or holding a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in relevant disciplines (e.g., Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Business Administration).

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail and effective time management.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams).

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.

Location:

Our roles are based in various locations, including Dublin & Portlaoise with hybrid working options.

Contract:

This is a fixed-term contract position, offering valuable experience and exposure within ESB's diverse business units.
