We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team at The Brasserie. The ideal candidate should possess a culinary qualification to at least Chef de Partie level, accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar high-end hotel or restaurant setting.
Your role will require a demonstration of your extensive culinary experience, a genuine passion for food, in-depth food knowledge, and exceptional cooking skills. This opportunity offers a platform for career growth and development in a dynamic culinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain impeccable standards of food preparation and service during afternoon and evening shifts.
* Ensure strict adherence to all food preparation standards at all times.
* Guarantee the consistent delivery of high-quality, visually appealing food.
* Monitor and uphold food safety guidelines and HACCP standards.
This is a full-time position, inclusive of weekends and evening shifts, allowing for an immersive and rewarding experience within The Brasserie kitchen.
