Six month contract opportunity for a HR Generalist in Dublin city centre.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting management and staff on all HR related matters including:
* Contracts
* Performance management
* Resource management
* Employee relations and recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coach and advise managers on ER related issues
2. Manage performance management processes
3. Support recruitment processes
4. Provide advice on reward related queries
5. HR reporting and analysis
6. Responsible for answering employee queries, providing timely advice and supporting on HR processes
7. Onboarding of new joiners, movers and leavers
8. Ensuring compliance with data management in the HR System, ensuring accuracy
9. Processing of payroll inputs and interactions with the payroll team
Requirements
Required skills and qualifications include:
* 3+ years' HR Generalist experience
* HR or related qualification
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience of MS Word & Excel and HRIS
* A good working knowledge of Irish Employment Law
