About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Nurse Advisor to support education and training across healthcare settings. In this role, you will provide high-quality education to healthcare prescribers, their teams, patients, and caregivers on the appropriate use of designated treatments within an assigned disease area, or support the delivery and reinforcement of clinical trial protocols.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for registered nurses early in their careers, as well as those seeking to expand their experience in education, clinical support, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
As a Nurse Advisor, you will:
Deliver education and training to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers in line with programme objectives
Work in accordance with the standards and codes of practice set by relevant professional bodies
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable local and national data protection requirements
Implement programme processes within potential healthcare sites
Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Communicate programme aims and objectives clearly to healthcare services and local stakeholders
Provide tailored patient training where required
Support and mentor less experienced Nurse Advisors
Complete mandatory Adverse Event and Product Complaint training and report occurrences in line with required procedures
Uphold country-specific Nursing and Midwifery codes of conduct at all times
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience & Education
Registered Nurse with at least 1 year post-registration experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience in a similar or related role
Knowledge
Sound understanding of clinical principles, theories, and concepts relevant to the disease area
General knowledge of healthcare services and national clinical systems
Skills & Abilities
Clinically competent within the relevant disease area (or willingness to develop competence with training)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
Confident communicator with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a collaborative team member
