The role
Business Manager (Strategy) 14 Month FTC
Our client is a leading insurance and financial services organisation seeking a Business Manager to support delivery of its strategic agenda. This role sits at the centre of execution and requires strong commercial judgement and stakeholder influence.
The role
You will operate within the Strategy function, supporting CEO office priorities through planning, coordination and execution. You will bring structure, pace and accountability across key strategic initiatives. You will take ownership of business planning cycles and the production of high quality executive materials.
Core responsibilities
Support CEO office initiatives from planning through to delivery
Lead business planning processes and track performance against targets
Prepare board packs, strategic papers and executive reports
Coordinate cross functional programmes and ensure alignment
Manage senior stakeholder engagement across business units
Translate complex business and financial issues into clear actions
Drive governance, structure and delivery across key workstreams
The profile
This requires a delivery focused operator who is comfortable working at senior level.
You will bring:
Experience as a Business Manager or similar within insurance or financial services
Strong understanding of general insurance, life, pensions or protection markets
Knowledge of operating within regulated environments
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver at pace
Strong project management capability
High quality written communication and presentation skills
Experience preparing board level materials
Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
You must be Dublin based and comfortable with a hybrid model with 50% of working time spent in the office.
Package
Salary €80,000 to €100,000 DOE
Bonus up to 18%
