Catering Services Director
We are seeking a highly skilled Catering Manager to lead our culinary and catering teams in delivering exceptional food experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchens and service counters.
Job Description:
* Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
* Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable food and customer service.
* Oversee in-unit catering operations, including inventory management, budget monitoring, and implementing action plans.
* Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
* Represent the company and maintain a positive brand image.
* Identify opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales.
* Liaise between customers and culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
* Support and train teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone excels in their role.
* Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Requirements:
* Possess a minimum of two years of catering experience.
* Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
* Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen.
* Exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Show an ambitious and motivated attitude always looking to upskill.
