We are seeking a Junior Site Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Engineering or Construction Management graduate to gain experience in the construction industry.

The Role
">
As Junior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Engineer and Project Manager on site. Your duties will include setting out and checking works as required for the project, ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.

You will also be required to liaise and manage sub-contractors and personnel on site, in the planning and construction of the project. Additionally, you will support the Project Manager/Contracts Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.

Maintaining excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel is crucial to this role. You will be responsible for supervising works and checking the quality of works to ensure they are of a high standard.

Requirements
">
* A recently obtained Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
* Working knowledge of total station/robotic total station
* Ideal placement completed with a main contractor in Ireland
* Ability to use setting out instruments
* Competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint
