This role requires a 'leader of leaders' mindset—balancing deep technical authority in Spring frameworks with high-level stakeholder management and long-term architectural vision.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale multiple engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence and career growth.
Technical Roadmap: Drive the technical vision for complex, large-scale systems using Java (11+), Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
Architectural Oversight: Direct the design of scalable backend architectures and data persistence strategies using Hibernate/JPA.
Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure 99.9% system reliability.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership and Product Owners to align technical initiatives with broad business objectives.
