Coopman Search and Selection are delighted to be exclusively working with a Dublin based aircraft leasing company who are looking to hire a AVP Pricing to their team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic direction and governance of pricing across the aircraft and engine portfolio.
* Ensure the pricing framework and methodology align with company growth, return, and asset strategy objectives.
* Partner with commercial, technical, finance, and executive teams to maintain alignment on pricing assumptions and deal economics.
* Oversee market pricing intelligence and adjust strategy in response to industry trends.
* Deliver high-level pricing analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Drive the development and optimisation of pricing tools, systems, and data governance.
* Provide senior analytical oversight for transactions, including valuations, forecasts, and financial models.
* Support sale and purchase decisions to optimise profitability and long-term portfolio performance.
* Develop and mentor junior team members within the pricing and analytics function.
Core Competencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, with the ability to interpret complex financial and market data.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience in aircraft leasing, with knowledge of industry dynamics and asset valuation.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, or a related commercial function.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical software, with a high level of technical competency.
* Excellent communication and leadership skill, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
