Financial Operations Coordinator Opportunity
A new role is available in Cork to support the finance team with efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase invoices and reconcile supplier accounts, ensuring timely payment and maintaining a positive cash flow.
* Assist with debtor reconciliations, cash collection, and account management tasks.
* Support the setup, payments, and queries related to new supplier and subcontractor accounts.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly reporting activities.
* Help manage employee expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in finance or administration, preferably in the construction industry.
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, including purchase order/invoice processing systems.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
