The Role / Location The successful candidate must be proactive and capable of working on their own initiative, while providing administrative support to a large team.
This role requires full daily support with secretarial and administrative duties, diary management, and organisation within the department.
Key Responsibilities Answering telephone enquiries in a professional manner and taking accurate messages.
Photocopying, scanning and printing documents for the team.
Binding of reports and other documents.
Assist with inputting/updating property information on our PM database Salesforce.
Assist with Department invoicing / POs.
Attend monthly meetings – taking minutes.
Typing of letters, reports, formatting pitch documents etc.
Issuing of Audit / Budget packs via our system Yardi.
Running mail merges from our database.
Filing – keeping all files tracked and updated on a regular basis.
Diary management.
Dealing with email enquiries.
Receiving and sorting post for department.
Assisting with travel arrangements for the team when required.
Assisting with any Dept events / liaising with marketing regarding client invites for all company events.
Assist the team with any additional admin duties that arise on a daily basis.
