to recruit a Grade III Clerical Officer to join their team in Ballymun.
6 month initial Temporary contract.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
35hours per week.
Public Sector pay rate.
Immediate Start.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the finance and accounts, payroll departments.Data entry, filing, and processing of invoices and PO numbers.Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.Prepare reports and presentations as required.Maintain accurate records and files.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Knowledge of finance and accounts, payroll processes.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must have Finance background/accounting background/qualifications
