* Collaborate with project and programme managers on daily coordination, administration, and task delegation.
* Manage PMO processes, templates, documentation, and reporting systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, track actions, and maintain accurate project information records.
* Assist with status updates, risk assessment, issue resolution, and benefits tracking.
* Coordinate workshops, user groups, and project communications to enhance stakeholder engagement.
* Support the successful delivery of specific projects within the organisation's change portfolio.
