We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Foreman to play a key role in the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of residential and commercial construction projects across the Midlands and West of Ireland.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specificationSupervise site activities and coordinate subcontractors and site teams in line with the project programmeEnforce safe systems of work, ensuring PPE compliance and stopping works where standards are not metConfirm RAMS, permits, and control measures are in place prior to commencement of worksConduct routine safety, quality, and housekeeping inspections, addressing issues promptlyMaintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, organised, and hazard-free siteSupport snagging, finishing works, and project close-out activities to required quality standardsMonitor progress, identify constraints early, and communicate labour and resource requirements to the Project Management teamEnsure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and company proceduresEngage with the company's Integrated Management System (IMS), ISO standards, and Lean/Last Planner practices, including the use of Hammertech, Procore, and AstaRequirements:Demonstrable experience in a Site Foreman or General Foreman role on building projects (main contractor experience preferred)Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate subcontractors and direct labour effectivelySolid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, sequencing, and quality standardsStrong commitment to site safety and maintaining high standards at all timesClear and confident communicator with a professional, respectful leadership styleExperience with Hammertech, Procore, Asta, or Last Planner System advantageous (training provided)Full, clean Irish driving licence requiredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €43,004.84-€74,142.81 per yearBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
